    Susane is a Counsellor and Resilience Practitioner from Adelaide, South Australia. She has a Bachelor of Counselling: Minoring in Coaching from the Australian College of Applied Psychology, a Diploma of Nutrition, and certified qualifications in Domestic Violence, Addictions, Neuroscience, Training Assessment & Education, Play in Therapy, EFT, Meditation, Mindfulness and training with Pieter Rossouw Mediros Clinical Solutions, Resilience Training. As a level 2 practicing member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), she is constantly engaged with the latest in industry research.

    Susane applies evidence-based, effective Coaching and Counselling therapies to provide holistic healthcare through one on one and group setting; face to face and telehealth consultations and group workshops. In her practice, she aims assist her clients to feel empowered to set healthy boundaries with others, let go of self-criticism and self-judgement, practice self-compassion, and build the life they want.

    Outside of her career in counselling and coaching, Susane has a passion in competitive endurance sports. Over the past ten years she has competed in Ironman and marathon events and represented Australia in the Kona Ironman World Championships in 2022.
